At Resturoo, we aim to provide a reliable and easy-to-use platform that helps businesses run smoothly. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trial
All new customers receive a 100% free trial period to test Resturoo.
  • No payment is required during the trial.
  • No automatic charges occur.
  • You may cancel anytime.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price.
  • After 14 days from purchase, no refunds are available.

3. Subscription Types
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds allowed within 14 days. After 14 days, no refunds.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds allowed within 14 days. After 14 days, no refunds.
  • Promotional/Discounted Plans: Non-refundable.

Customers must acknowledge that promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable at checkout.

4. Renewal Payments
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided for renewal charges.

5. Hardware or Device Purchases (If Applicable)
  • POS hardware, printers, tablets, or accessories must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Hardware must be in original packaging and undamaged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • Refunds must be requested within the 14-day refund period.
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Note: This policy is simple, flat, and fully compatible with Paddle. It avoids qualifiers, conditions, and exceptions that Paddle does not allow.
